About
This website was created by Kayla Steele for the summer 2014 "Understanding Lincoln" course, offered through the partnership of the Gilder Lehrman Institute and Dickinson College. Associate Professor Matthew Pinsker led students through the House Divided Project's website "Lincoln's Writings," an examination of Lincoln's most teachable writings, as well as significant scholarly literature on Lincoln's life and times.
